Waking Up White

The St. Dominic Racial Equity Task Force is inviting you to explore racial injustice by joining a three-session book discussion on Debby Irving's "Waking Up White: and Finding Myself in the Story of Race." This is a repeat session of the book study group discussion which originated last spring. The goal of the book study is to create opportunities for of the Saint Dominic community to reflect and learn about racial disparity using a faith-based approach. Participants will read the book and attend three discussion sessions on January 17, January 31, and February 14 from 7 PM to 8:00 PM.
