The mission of Senior Ministry is to initiate events designed to meet the interest of the senior members of St. Dominic Community and to encourage their participation in spiritual, liturgical, educational, and social activities of the Parish.

If you have a family member or friend who would appreciate having communion brought to their house or to them in an area nursing home please, contact Bonnie Stein: 216-991-1444 or bonniestein1@yahoo.com. She will try to set up a time with you for someone to visit your loved one and bring the Eucharist to them.

Funeral Planning with Fr. Tom

Monday, April 30th
Morning -or- evening session available:  9am or 7pm, large meeting room
Join us for this important and informative class open to all, sponsored by our Senior Ministry.  Fr. Tom will review the Rite of Christian Burial, exploring songs, readings and rituals available for family members. Zumba Gold Exercise Class for Seniors

Wednesday, May 16th
1pm, large meeting room
Come for an hour of Zumba Gold, designed for men and women 50+. No experience necessary.  All you need are comfortable tennis shoes and bottled water.  FREE!  Reservations required; space is limited.  Click here for registration form.

Annual Birthday Luncheon

Tuesday, June 12th
11:30am-1pm, Pearl of the Orient Restaurant, Van Aken Blvd. and Farnsleigh, Shaker Hts.
Fr. Tom & Bonnie Stein invite you to continue our annual tradition of celebrating all seniors,
with special acknowledgement of those turning 80 in 2012!  Only $10 per person; free for those turning 80 in 2012. Reservations due June 7!
